Aim: to give participants the understanding and tools to set boundaries and act with confidence, calmness and self respect both at work and in their personal life.

By the end of the workshop participants will have:
- More insight into the signs, effects and causes of passive behaviour
- Greater appreciation of their many strengths, qualities and achievements
- Powerful, practical tools and techniques to increase self esteem and confidence and strategies to achieve what they want without getting angry and upsetting others.
Through a combination of relaxation techniques, self assessment questionnaires and working in pairs and small groups, participants are led through a thought-provoking and enjoyable process that will have a lasting impact on the quality of their life.
